Position Overview
We are looking for a People Systems Analyst to become a vital member of our Glue / Information Technology team. As a Workday expert, you will specialize in Time Off & Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll configurations. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of these Workday modules to support Harvey's rapid global growth by developing country-specific plans and payroll integrations. This role will ensure our people systems scale efficiently as we expand into new countries, collaborate with third-party payroll providers, and deliver accurate, compliant, and user-friendly experiences for employees and managers worldwide.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Workday configurator with profound knowledge in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, who thrives in a high-growth environment, adeptly balancing tactical system configuration with strategic roadmap development.
