As a People Partner / People Advisor, you will engage directly with organizational leaders, focusing on addressing employee relations inquiries and offering clear, actionable guidance on personnel matters. You will partner closely with senior People Partners to support diverse teams, assisting leaders in managing performance, wellbeing, organizational change, and everyday people-related challenges effectively.
This role is practical and results-oriented, balancing employee relations casework with broader partnership support. You will be pivotal in implementing consistent people practices, contributing to team initiatives, and ensuring a positive and well-supported experience for both employees and managers as Marshmallow continues to expand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with leaders to confidently navigate people-related challenges, from everyday guidance to complex employee relations issues.
- Offer strategic advice on organizational structure, workforce planning, and overall team effectiveness.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, professional development, and exits, to enable employee success.
- Lead employee relations support across various UK business units, ensuring fairness and compliance.
