Currently, we are seeking a People Partner at Liven.

In the role of People Partner at Liven, you will cultivate our culture, support team growth, and influence the creation of life-changing products for our users.

Challenges you will face:
— Close collaboration and coaching of team leaders: assisting in the development of managerial skills, supporting them in complex HR situations, fostering a culture of Radical Candor;
— Establishing development, retention, and succession planning systems;
— Participating in optimizing and enhancing the company's organizational structure to support scaling and improve team interactions;
— Supporting and scaling all employee lifecycle processes in line with the growth of Product & Engineering departments (onboarding, performance reviews, career development, etc.);
— Strengthening the corporate culture and microclimate within the team during rapid growth;
— Supporting initiatives related to well-being and mental health in collaboration with external providers;
— Utilizing people data (HR analytics) for informed business decisions and recommendations.
