Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated People Ops Specialist (Contract) to assist with the daily operations of our People function. This crucial role is responsible for the efficient execution of essential HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration, employee support, and policy documentation. The perfect candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for both employees and contractors.
Draft contractor agreements, manage HRIS updates, and collaborate with IT to ensure timely system access activation and deactivation.
Facilitate terminations and employment changes in Workday, dispatch departure communications, and ensure a seamless transition workflow.
Partner with stakeholders to enhance onboarding programs and improve the new hire experience continuously.
Identify and implement process improvements to create scalable and efficient lifecycle workflows.
Employee Support & HR Administration
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries through the HR Helpdesk and People Ops email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
