Your Role
Enhance Onboarding Operations: Oversee the complete operational onboarding process, including welcome communications, I-9 verification, swag coordination, and IT setup. Continuously refine the process to support our growth.
Facilitate In-Person Orientation: Collaborate with Talent Programs to design and implement onboarding experiences at our San Francisco hub.
Drive Cross-Functional People Operations: Work alongside Finance, Total Rewards, IT, Legal, Recruiting, and People Business Partners to strategize and execute People Ops initiatives.
Ensure Data Integrity: Manage Workday transactions for job changes, departures, and compensation updates, maintaining clean and audit-ready data.
Develop Scalable Processes: Identify areas for improvement across onboarding, offboarding, and core People Operations workflows to establish scalable solutions.
