Key Responsibilities

  • Scale People Operations: Act as a pivotal contributor to our systems, processes, and operational framework, facilitating Attio's growth as we double our workforce over the next year and sustain ambitious scaling beyond that, ensuring seamless, compliant, and sustainable growth.

  • Streamline Onboarding and Offboarding: Enhance and maintain high-quality, compliant onboarding and offboarding experiences that are consistent across all regions.

  • Optimize People Systems: Play a crucial role in the improvement of our core People tools (including HiBob, Ashby, Sequoia, and Carta), ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and automation to minimize manual tasks and friction.

  • Collaborate with Finance: Serve as a trusted ally to the Finance team in payroll processing, PTO management, and operational workflows, reinforcing cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Ensure Compliance Across Jurisdictions: Support People Ops compliance in multiple regions (UK & Ireland, Germany, Poland, Portugal, and the US), balancing local regulations with scalable global processes.

  • Provide HR Support to Employees: Act as a primary contact for daily People Ops and HR inquiries, delivering clear, timely, and actionable guidance.

  • Promote Automation and Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance workflows, documentation, and operations as the company expands.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with People, Talent, Finance, Legal, and leaders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
