Role Overview

Sprig is on the lookout for a People Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the people infrastructure of our rapidly growing organization. This position is central to how we recruit, nurture, and develop our team as we advance to the next phase of our journey.

In this role, you will function as a comprehensive HR generalist, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee support, performance management, and various people initiatives. Your efforts will ensure that our people systems, policies, and daily operations run efficiently and consistently as we expand.

This role is perfect for individuals with foundational experience in HR or People Operations who are ready to take on greater responsibilities. You should be adept at balancing operational tasks with employee-centric duties and enjoy crafting structured, clear, and positive employee experiences.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, recruitment teams, and managers throughout the organization to ensure that Sprig continues to attract exceptional talent, provide robust support, and maintain strong, considerate people practices.

This is an in-office position requiring five days per week in our vibrant downtown San Francisco office, conveniently located just steps from Montgomery BART/MUNI.
