The Role:

As the People Operations Manager, you will oversee the essential operations that keep Savvy running smoothly — from payroll and benefits to onboarding procedures, policies, and personnel systems — ensuring everything operates seamlessly as we expand.

You will be a meticulous, detail-oriented operator, dedicated to modernizing our people processes so they are as intuitive and dependable as the platform we offer to advisors. From guaranteeing flawless payroll execution to crafting onboarding experiences that are memorable, and refining our policies and workflows to maintain our standard as we grow — your contributions will be vital in creating a working environment that reflects the excellence we promise to our clients.
