This role will delineate the responsibilities of system design from execution.
As the People Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our People function, ensuring that all programs are executed smoothly and that our employees enjoy a consistently high-quality experience.
Your Responsibilities:
First 30 Days:
Familiarize yourself with our People systems, including Lattice, Sequoia One, payroll, and benefits workflows.
Take charge of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in managing the ongoing performance cycle logistics and communications.
Establish baseline reporting for headcount, turnover, and key People metrics.
Next 60 Days:
Assume full responsibility for the execution of performance cycles, including administering Lattice.
Create a uniform onboarding and offboarding experience across all teams.
Conduct an audit of People systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
Identify areas for process improvement and begin implementing enhancements.
After 90 Days:
Develop reporting dashboards for performance, promotions, and attrition metrics.
Drive automation and scalability initiatives across our People systems.
Act as a reliable and responsive first point of contact for all People-related inquiries.
