Strong inclination towards leveraging technology, tools, and process improvements to create innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

About the job

As a vital part of the Telefónica Tech team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Business Operations Analyst and the UK&I leadership team. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and reporting management data that supports decision-making for daily operations, strategic planning, and addressing specific business performance challenges. We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative individual who excels at analyzing data across various platforms and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and gather essential information that supports business objectives and goals.
  • Analyze and present data to enhance management reporting and aid the senior leadership team in decision-making.
  • Utilize data to propose and facilitate business optimization programs.
  • Identify process gaps through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Assist in data management and cleanup as necessary.

Operational Support

  • Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to align with business goals, particularly in the context of management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.
  • Coordinate planning, prepare necessary materials, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in the current operational model and work with internal teams to devise and implement effective solutions.
  • Research and recommend best practices to ensure consistency across team procedures.
  • Complete operations and administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct research on new and existing initiatives.
