Role overview
The People Enablement Partner - Engineering will help build and shape Legora’s Engineering team in London. This role blends talent acquisition, team development, and organizational strategy to influence the company’s engineering culture and future growth. The position goes beyond traditional recruiting, requiring both hands-on hiring and strategic partnership with leadership.
What you will do
- Establish the Engineering hub in London by recruiting engineers, product specialists, and design professionals.
- Implement systems and processes to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability within the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in Engineering and Product, as well as the founders, to provide guidance on hiring, team structure, and performance improvement.
- Serve as both a hiring lead and a strategic partner to executive leadership.
