About Our Team:
In this role, directly reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, you will become a vital member of our People & Culture team, which operates on an integrated partnership model. You will be the primary contact for designated business functions, partnering closely with Directors and managers who prioritize a people-centric approach.
Your Impact:
As a People Business Partner at loveholidays, you will not merely adhere to established guidelines; you will help us innovate them. You will embed yourself within your respective business units, acting as a coach, consultant, and trusted advisor to our leadership.
Your objective will be to connect our overarching people strategy with the everyday realities of our teams. You will foster high-performing environments, advocate for our distinctive culture, and ensure that as we expand globally, our people are empowered to excel in their roles. This hands-on position will allow your influence on talent development and organizational adaptability to be evident daily.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner by cultivating strong relationships with department leaders, transitioning from transactional support to authentic coaching. Challenge existing norms to help managers lead their teams effectively and with commercial insight.
- Collaborate with our Talent Center of Excellence to spearhead succession planning and talent assessment. Identify potential future leaders and ensure that our managers are equipped with robust development plans to support continuous growth.
- Propel a high-performance culture by managing the performance rhythm within your teams, ensuring alignment with our values and goals.
