What You’ll Do: Represent our global PBP team, partnering directly with employees and leadership. Provide guidance, coaching, and influence management on all people-related aspects such as performance management, coaching, career development, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement. Collaborate with the relevant Center of Excellence (COE) teams to leverage their expertise in designing programs that enhance the employee experience. Develop, advise, and consult on People policies, guidelines, and programs, working alongside COE colleagues. Conduct analysis and provide consulting to leadership to facilitate data-driven people decisions and implement best practices. Evaluate employee development needs, recommend solutions, and execute appropriate strategies aligned with the organization's broader goals. Manage complex global employee relations issues, partnering with leadership to apply best practices. Who You Are: You have 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role, ideally in fast-paced technology firms. You adapt your strategies and skills from high-level program implementation to the intricate daily needs of a dynamic business. You possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with solid experience in HRIS (Workday experience is a plus!). You have experience collaborating across business functions with both frontline and senior leadership. You excel in project management and organizational skills, demonstrating a proven ability to establish clear processes with a detail-oriented yet flexible problem-solving approach. You are knowledgeable in employee relations and global employment practices. You communicate in a clear, direct, and approachable manner.
