Who You Are:
You have 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role, ideally in fast-paced technology firms.
You adapt your strategies and skills from high-level program implementation to the intricate daily needs of a dynamic business.
You possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with solid experience in HRIS (Workday experience is a plus!).
You have experience collaborating across business functions with both frontline and senior leadership.
