The Role:
Partum Health is on the lookout for a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to deliver tailored, evidence-based care to our prenatal and postnatal clients in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position is integral to our multidisciplinary team, which includes behavioral health specialists, lactation consultants, nutritionists, doulas, and committed care coordinators, all working together to implement Partum Health's innovative whole-person care model for families.
As a vital member of our team, you will provide clinical care during both the antepartum and postpartum phases. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, counseling, educating, and treating clients through both in-office and telehealth sessions. We welcome Therapists with their own practice who wish to see Partum Health clients, as well as providers focused solely on virtual support.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care focused on common physical conditions related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
- Conduct initial evaluations of functional needs and outcomes.
- Regularly assess patients’ functional needs and modify care plans for optimal results.
- Provide necessary materials and equipment to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
- Adhere to established safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Engage with patients through our HIPAA-compliant chat as necessary.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Document patient education and progress according to practice standards within our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR).
- Commit to professional development in educational techniques to enhance patient education services.
- Consistently uphold a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience, ensuring that all services meet relevant ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality.
