Role ResponsibilitiesEstablish manufacturing readiness requirements and lead milestone reviews to confirm stakeholder deliverables. Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to identify and address manufacturing challenges early in product development, adhering to DFM, DFA, and DFS principles. Oversee the resolution of operational issues during pre-production builds. Analyze failures in production, testing, and integration, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence and enhance continuous improvement. Deliver manufacturing process capabilities, including equipment capability, quality controls, materials characterization, and workmanship standards. Continuously monitor product and process success throughout production ramp-up. Guide contract manufacturing, suppliers, and engineers in managing quarantine and rework activities. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.5+ years of experience in PCB/PCBA fabrication facilities.3+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or design roles. Proficient in board assembly processes and equipment, including stencil printing, SPI, pick & place, reflow, AOI, ICT, and X-ray inspection. Experience leading DFX reviews to ensure compliance with manufacturability, testability, quality, and reliability standards.

As a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, you will collaborate with design engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and our manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery in PCBA manufacturing processes.
