Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop PCB layouts and circuit card assemblies (CCAs) from concept through to manufacturing. Conduct schematic capture, manage component placement, routing, and enforce design constraints. Produce manufacturing outputs (Gerber, ODB++) and comprehensive PCB documentation. Design rigid, flex, and rigid-flex boards for high-reliability applications. Utilize tools like Siemens Xpedition and BluePrint-PCB. Assist with design updates, re-spins, engineering change orders (ECOs), and process improvements. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM). Implement design rules, signal integrity considerations, and production requirements. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.5+ years of experience in PCB design, layout, or hardware development. Proficient understanding of PCB/CCA design and manufacturing principles. Hands-on experience with the layout of rigid, flex, or rigid-flex boards. Active Secret security clearance required (U. S. Citizenship is mandatory). Preferred Qualifications:Experience with the Siemens Xpedition (Mentor Graphics) tool suite. Familiarity with BluePrint-PCB for documentation purposes.
