Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in Payroll processing or implementing Payroll SoftwareBasic knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; prior experience in a client-facing role, particularly in software implementation, is requiredExperience in establishing payroll structures, including rules, conventions, and policy implementation; familiarity with payroll lifecycle, PF, ESI, and Income Tax processing is a plus

  • Deploying Payroll software across multiple client sites
  • Analyzing client needs and customizing the software to fulfill those requirements
  • Transferring client data into the software from existing platforms or Excel spreadsheets
  • Providing training to clients on the software and assisting them in payroll processing
  • Diagnosing and resolving any issues related to data or software
  • Maintaining communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to completion
