We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Executive to deliver exceptional service to both managers and employees, contributing to the long-term advancement of our HR function. Your role will ensure that a high standard of customer care is maintained for all users of the HR Service. You will be responsible for efficiently managing payroll activities, assisting with various HR tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and administration of the company's Payroll shared services, ensuring accuracy and compliance in monthly payroll activities.
- Guarantee timely and precise payroll delivery.
- Take overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
- Manage time-sensitive processes, ensuring validation of data such as investment declarations, Form 16s, and tax returns are accurate.
- Meet deadlines for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
- Facilitate employee benefits and reimbursements in accordance with income tax regulations.
- Manage payroll MIS and analytics, standardizing reports for enhanced decision-making.
- Conduct verification and reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Calculate and deposit monthly TDS liabilities on salaries.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual TDS returns.
- Publish the monthly Payroll Dashboard.
- Ensure monthly payroll provisions are communicated to the Finance department.
