Role overview
The Partnership Manager oversees a portfolio of merchant and platform partners. This person is responsible for partner performance, retention, and revenue. The role acts as the main contact for partner relationships, drives operational improvements, and looks for new growth opportunities.
Main responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners and merchants, focusing on performance, growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary relationship owner, building and maintaining partnerships at multiple organizational levels.
- Analyze performance data to drive improvements in order volume, reliability, and satisfaction metrics.
- Lead issue resolution and manage escalations, including root cause analysis and long-term solutions through cross-functional teamwork.
- Identify and carry out initiatives to grow revenue and improve operations within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate projects with Operations, Product, and Support teams to improve processes, tools, and partner experiences.
- Support partnership strategy and market expansion by testing new approaches and sharing insights from the field.
