Your mission is to eliminate obstacles proactively and establish robust foundations that will allow OLIX to grow from 50 to over 300 employees without sacrificing momentum.If you are passionate about dissecting complex workflows, uncovering hidden inefficiencies, and transforming them into streamlined, user-friendly solutions, OLIX is the place for you.Responsibilities:Identify bottlenecks, friction points, manual tasks, and cognitive overload across all departments, including People, Finance, Engineering, Labs, and Operations.Collaborate with teams to map their workflows, gain a deep understanding of their challenges, and co-develop practical solutions.Create AI-driven and automated workflows that relieve teams of repetitive tasks, enabling them to concentrate on high-impact projects.Spot opportunities to streamline multi-step processes into cohesive, user-friendly experiences.Approach each team as a customer, understanding their objectives, limitations, and unique scenarios.Rapidly prototype solutions, iterate based on user feedback, and deploy systems that deliver tangible value.Advocate for simplicity, ensuring that systems are intuitive and efficient.
