Qualifications

ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and operationalize new partner organizations to enhance Sumo Logic’s indirect sales capabilities within your assigned territory. Develop a regional partner business plan with clearly defined goals and milestones to achieve partner-sourced revenue targets while addressing capacity gaps among certified partners. Create a detailed regional partner map that outlines current capabilities, capacities, and gaps. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to facilitate sales and technical training on Sumo Logic’s solutions. Engage with field teams on demand generation initiatives and marketing campaigns. Manage assigned regional partners to meet established sales objectives. Conduct regular business reviews with Sumo Logic and partner organizations. Collaborate with direct sales teams on various channel opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC). Required Qualifications and SkillsAt least 10 years of combined experience in software enterprise sales and partner development. Preferably 5+ years of proven success in selling enterprise software or SaaS to Fortune 1000 companies, along with experience in building a partner ecosystem within a SaaS framework. Strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure ecosystem is highly preferred. Familiarity with how logs support security and DevOps use cases is a plus. Proven ability to navigate and manage complex sales cycles involving diverse stakeholders. Direct experience in creating and executing partner business plans with both global and regional partners, particularly in the security service sector.

Your strategic mindset will be essential in generating revenue through collaborative sales efforts and addressing complex challenges. You will oversee the success of our partnerships by implementing enablement strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and pursuing sales opportunities. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product management teams, you will serve as the primary liaison for our technical alliance partners.

Your responsibilities include managing and expanding our partner-driven revenue goals within a designated geographic area.
