The Role

Taptap Send is in search of an analytical and motivated leader to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for enhancing the payout experience for our customers in Latin America and globally. Your role will involve analyzing the performance of our payment network, identifying opportunities for process improvements both internally and with our partners, and collaborating with payment partners across various countries.

This position encompasses a diverse range of Taptap Send’s global operations. You will leverage your project management expertise to collaborate with our operations, support, trading, and finance teams. From negotiating contract terms to resolving operational challenges, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners.
