Key Responsibilities:Proactively recruit Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and resellers, as this is the primary focus of your role. Negotiate commercial terms with leading ISVs, resellers, and other channel partners as a core function. Drive the distribution of Block's products through the Global ISV Community. Manage all aspects of deal execution with autonomy, including target identification, prospect meetings, business case development, deal structuring, contract negotiations, and partnership launches. Collaborate effectively with internal teams across Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, and more. Take responsibility for the business outcomes of your partnerships.
