About The Role:
- You will oversee the complete life cycle management of significant events, starting from when the sales and legal teams finalize the commercial agreement to the closing of the events.
- You will serve as the primary liaison among all stakeholders, including the event organizer and internal teams.
- While you will be the overall owner of the process, teamwork is crucial; you will coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely execution.
- You will communicate product requirements and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create a consolidated list of needs and prioritize them accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Q&A to assist our user support team in managing potential user incidents.
