Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Account Executive to spearhead our Partner ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will focus on enhancing our partnerships program and strengthening relationships with current partners, driving revenue and distribution through trusted industry connections.

This is a full-cycle sales position where you will prospect, pitch, close deals, and nurture ongoing partner development. If you have a passion for ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to making an impact, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Partner Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, consultants, and other key players in the industry.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with partners to facilitate their growth with Adaptive.
  • Enable Partner Success: Deliver enabling resources and support to partners, ensuring they leverage Adaptive's full potential for their business growth.
