This position leads a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) and plays a key part in supporting both customers and internal teams. The Service Manager will help ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction by coordinating repairs, monitoring work orders, and maintaining strong relationships.
