Job Overview:
 
As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in education during the absence of regular teachers. Under the guidance of the School Director, you will engage students through project-based learning and create a supportive classroom environment that fosters academic achievement.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
● Uphold and embody the design principles of Equity, Personalization, Authentic Work, and Collaborative Design in all educational activities.
● Develop and implement daily lesson plans with engaging project-based assignments.
● Facilitate active learning experiences through well-prepared instructional activities.
● Integrate educational objectives and competencies into lesson plans that resonate with students' lives.
● Strive to achieve academic goals for every student, ensuring a rich learning experience.
