- Conduct self-audits to ensure compliance with hotel standards, including LQA and Forbes 5 Stars criteria.
- Complete necessary opening and closing paperwork as required.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation as outlined.
- Follow cash handling policies diligently.
- Be adaptable and assist in other Food & Beverage areas as needed.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
