Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist the Store Manager in reaching store and company sales objectives, operational goals, and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Safeguard the Kurt Geiger brand by maintaining our presentation standards.
- Ensure your assigned area reflects outstanding visual presentation in line with company guidelines.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and developments.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly in clienteling and customer service environments.
- Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand.
- A true ambassador for customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and inspire your team.
- Exceptional personal presentation that embodies our luxury and fashion-forward ethos.
