Education and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age (21 or older if in New Jersey). Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays is essential. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance are required for providing in-home services. Must pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record. BT Candidates: Must complete our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire. RBT Candidates: Must participate in the required paid training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, and our centers.
  • Teach essential daily living and social skills through evidence-based methods.
  • Collect and analyze unbiased data during sessions.
  • Engage in clinical team meetings and ongoing professional training.
  • Implement individualized training and therapy sessions as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Communicate proactively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and management to ensure client needs are met.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support operations.
