For motivated RBTs eager to grow, we offer pathways to:

  • Progress to leadership roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other clinical or corporate positions.
  • Apply for a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s in ABA at Temple University.
  • Join our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment.

Your Role:

  • Assist individuals with autism in their homes, communities, or at our centers.
  • Teach essential daily living and social skills using proven behavior therapies.
  • Collect and analyze unbiased data during sessions.
  • Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training.
  • Implement programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Communicate effectively with families, team members, and other stakeholders to meet clients' needs.
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications:
