To be considered for this position, you must be an independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). The expected caseload will be between 15 to 22 sessions per week.

Role overview

This is a fully remote position for therapists holding an active Arizona license. The role centers on delivering therapy to clients throughout Arizona, with the chance to help shape new programs and approaches as Backpack Healthcare grows.

Schedule

  • Part-time hours
  • Preferred availability is weekdays from 2 PM to 9 PM
  • Weekend hours are welcomed
