Peak Made is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Louisville, Kentucky. This role centers on driving occupancy and revenue for a thriving residential community. The Leasing Consultant serves as the main sales contact, guiding prospects through the leasing process and supporting community operations.
What Success Looks Like
- Builds trust quickly with prospects through clear, consistent communication and follow-up.
- Turns property tours into signed leases by creating memorable, tailored experiences.
- Owns every lead, follow-up, and outcome from initial contact to signed lease.
- Executes daily sales tasks with speed, accuracy, and thorough preparation.
- Continuously sharpens sales skills and adapts techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing
- Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct tours that identify prospect needs, create urgency, and close deals.
- Follow up proactively to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay updated on pricing, availability, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed community leasing and occupancy goals.
- Apply strategies to increase traffic, generate qualified leads, and boost revenue.
- Respond quickly to all inquiries with a sales-driven approach.
Enhancing Resident Experience
- Deliver high-quality customer service as a representative of Peak Made and the community.
- Build rapport with prospects and personalize their experience.
- Promote resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals.
Community Operations Support
- Complete lease paperwork accurately and process deposits.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM and prospect records.
- Help keep the office and model units presentable for tours.
- Support the annual turnover process as needed.
- Stay informed about property features and the competitive landscape.
- Assist with market surveys when requested.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
- Facilitate move-in and move-out activities, managing related deposits and fees.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales or leasing experience.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar systems.
- Consistent follow-up skills, including multi-touch communication (calls, emails, texts).
- Ability to deliver high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-ups and personalized tours.
- Willingness to work weekends and peak leasing hours.
