The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive office support while collaborating with the leasing team to enhance tenant relations and manage leasing documentation effectively.
Key Duties:
Greet and assist potential tenants, current residents, and visitors with utmost professionalism and friendliness.
Manage phone calls, address email inquiries, and coordinate appointments for leasing tours.
Facilitate leasing processes by preparing lease documents, applications, and necessary follow-up communications.
Ensure accurate maintenance of leasing and tenant records, both in digital and physical formats.
Assist the leasing team in monitoring property availability, renewals, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content.
Help organize property tours and ensure model units and common areas are ready for viewing.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document scanning, and inventory management.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and inviting reception area.
Support the property management team with special projects and building events as needed.
