The Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in conveying the ethos and identity of our brand to clients, fostering sales growth, and enhancing our customer base while upholding the Max Mara legacy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with our brand philosophy and quality standards.
  • Work towards achieving specific objectives set by the Store Manager, contributing to the store's overall success both independently and collaboratively.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure all merchandise is attractively displayed and well-organized.
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge relevant to the brand.
  • Deliver superior service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a customer-centric approach within the store.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
