Qualifications:Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and repair. Strong communication skills and passion for teaching. Ability to mentor and inspire students. FAA certification as an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) technician is preferred. Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus.

Nearly one in four certified aircraft technicians each year are AIM graduates.

The Atlanta campus is seeking a part-time Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to join a dedicated group of educators focused on student success and skill development. AIM values instructors who bring real-world experience and a commitment to preparing students for careers in aviation maintenance.

Compensation

Up to $36 per hour

Schedule Options

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 2:00pm
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Friday – Sunday: 7:30am to 4:30pm
