The Role

As a Will Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and legally sound estate planning documents. You will work closely with our legal and estate planning teams to navigate the complexities of will-writing, ensuring compliance and clarity in every document.

Your contributions will extend beyond drafting; you will be part of a forward-thinking team that is at the forefront of innovation in estate planning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and other estate planning documents in accordance with client instructions and legal best practices.
  • Review and amend will drafts to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to address complex estate planning requirements.
  • Stay informed about regulations related to will writing, inheritance laws, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure data security when managing client information.
  • Provide administrative support related to will drafting and estate planning services.
