Are you an ambitious and analytical individual looking to take your career in paid social media to the next level? At drool, we are seeking a passionate Paid Social Manager to drive the execution and operational management of our paid media channels, predominantly focusing on Meta, while also working with Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role is execution-driven and hands-on, encompassing responsibilities such as campaign setup, maintaining account hygiene, delivering reliable reporting, and supporting disciplined testing.
As a key member of our growth team, you will report directly to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, data is reliable and actionable, and the accounts remain organized and scalable in line with increasing spend and testing volumes.
This position is ideal for someone who has moved beyond the entry-level stage, possesses strong analytical skills, and is eager to evolve into a more autonomous performance role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Ownership
- Lead the comprehensive execution of campaigns across Meta, from initial build to launch, ensuring accurate setup across objectives, budgets, targeting, placements, exclusions, and tracking.
- Establish and maintain a clear, scalable account structure based on region, funnel stage, audience type, and creative format.
- Oversee pre-launch QA and ongoing account quality, proactively identifying and resolving setup, delivery, or structural issues.
Creative Operation
- Manage the precise launch, rotation, and lifecycle of creative assets throughout campaigns.
- Monitor creative performance and status (live, testing, fatigued, paused) and proactively highlight insights or issues.
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure creative tests are executed accurately, punctually, and yield actionable insights.
Performance & Optimization
- Track daily and weekly performance across paid channels, ensuring consistent and reliable reporting.
- Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, or performance risks proactively.
- Support structured testing and light optimization within established frameworks, acting as a trusted second set of eyes on account changes and performance trends.
