Our digital marketing team plays a central role in expanding our reach and building lasting relationships with customers. This position centers on crafting and executing paid social campaigns that support both customer acquisition and retention across multiple brands and markets.
Role overview
The Paid Social Media Manager will lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns for Bloom & Wild and bloomon. The role involves collaborating closely with teams across acquisition, retention, brand, creative, business intelligence, and product to gather insights and optimize performance. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, this is a high-responsibility position with a focus on media buying, creative direction, and operational excellence.

- Develop and refine the paid social strategy across multiple European markets
- Drive both acquisition and retention through structured testing and proactive planning
- Utilize AI-driven tools and processes to improve campaign outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to extract insights and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Stay organized and ahead of trends in a multi-brand, multi-market environment
