About the Role
As the Paid Social Media Account Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing SINE Digital's paid social strategies. Reporting directly to a Senior Manager, you will be recognized as a channel specialist—driving innovation, ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering exceptional performance across various social platforms. Your expertise is crucial for the continued evolution of our Paid Social offerings, fostering growth and innovation.
This role demands a robust understanding and experience in direct client engagement, strategizing, and managing digital campaigns across a spectrum of social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete campaign management from setup to optimization and reporting on key social platforms.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with best practices through frequent quality assurance and performance evaluations.
- Create and present strategic paid social media plans that align with client KPIs and budgets.
- Clearly communicate the rationale behind proposed campaign strategies (channels, budget, audience targeting, formats, etc.) to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate detailed weekly/monthly performance reports that offer actionable insights to clients.
- Utilize in-platform and third-party analytics tools to translate data into insights.
- Identify and promote opportunities for testing and innovation, fostering a culture of exploration and learning.
- Stay informed of emerging trends, formats, and features on platforms to enhance campaign performance and educate stakeholders on the evolving Paid Social landscape.
- Manage the onboarding and account setup processes, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and asset management.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in strategic discussions.
- Present campaign outcomes, insights, and growth recommendations to clients.
