ROLE OVERVIEW
The Paid Social Account Executive position is perfect for individuals with 6 to 12 months of practical experience in Paid Social advertising, who are seeking to advance their career while possessing a fundamental understanding of campaign execution and performance analysis. You will become part of a nurturing team that provides structured training and close mentorship from an Account Manager, granting you exposure to a diverse array of clients and advertising platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X.
- Construct and execute campaigns, implementing updates under the guidance of your Account Manager.
- Support audience targeting, creative rotation, budget management, and pacing checks.
- Ensure campaigns are structured, tracked, and launched in accordance with industry best practices.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct daily and weekly budget and performance audits to ensure campaigns are operating effectively.
- Track key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Assist in implementing optimization strategies by adjusting audiences, budgets, and ad placements.
- Identify performance trends, risks, or opportunities and communicate them to your manager.
Reporting & Insights
- Contribute to the development of weekly and monthly performance reports while receiving guidance on result interpretation.
- Engage in post-campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews as part of your professional growth.
- Learn to write performance commentary that aligns results with client objectives.
Strategic Support
- Assist Account Managers with research, audience planning, and budget allocation.
