Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve substantial customer acquisition. Initiate new campaigns aligned with partner objectives, experimenting with strategies to enhance efficiency and increase customer acquisition. Conduct thorough analyses of performance data, providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency and profitability. Transform complex performance data into clear and engaging insights that effectively convey the performance narrative to internal stakeholders and external partners. Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, LLMs, Hightouch, and Google Tag Manager to track, comprehend, and optimize paid media performance, attribution, and incrementality. Engage in continuous experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing to drive incremental enhancements across key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with creative, engineering, and customer experience teams to refine the user journey from initial impression to final conversion. Advance best-in-class paid media practices, staying updated on product innovations and developing relationships with vendors. Desired Skills and Experience:A robust analytical and data-driven mindset with a keen interest in performance marketing and growth economics. Curiosity demonstrated by proactively testing best practices through structured experimentation and translating insights into strategic plans. Proficient in Excel and preferably SQL, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker. Preferred 1-3 years of hands-on experience in executing paid media strategies and performance for high-volume or complex acquisition programs. Experience in navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement best practices is advantageous.

This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters from Monday to Thursday, with full remote work on Fridays.
