We are excited about upcoming projects, including a three-year (with potential for extension) Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair (IMR) contract with BP, set to commence offshore in the North Sea in spring 2026. Additionally, our global fleet offers opportunities to experience various environments and cultures.As an onshore Project Inspection Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting inspection projects throughout all phases, from planning and mobilization to offshore execution and final reporting. We seek an experienced Inspection Coordinator who is dedicated to fulfilling client inspection needs with excellence. This dynamic role involves attending project mobilizations and demobilizations as necessary, along with participating in industry conferences.A thorough understanding of work specifications, project requirements, and client objectives is essential, ensuring effective communication of these elements to offshore teams. Furthermore, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of various inspection types, Wood Group NEXUS (both onshore and offshore), NDE equipment, and the capability to align client requirements with suitable solutions.Reporting to the Regional Inspection Lead, the Project Inspection Coordinator will serve as a crucial technical support resource offshore, staying updated on industry trends, equipment, and methodologies, supplemented by attending conferences or industry events as needed. You will also propose innovative methodologies or approaches to enhance overall inspection deliverables, which include tendering, project planning, execution, client handover, and data management.In this position, you will maintain awareness of and take responsibility for current offshore inspection projects, including personnel, equipment, technical standards, reporting, and data management.
