Mentor and elevate the capabilities of the broader engineering team. QualificationsYour Profile Over 10 years of experience in electronics engineering, ideally in embedded or aerospace systems. Demonstrated success in pushing technical boundaries in board-level design, including schematics, PCB layout, simulation, and advanced measurement. Capacity to lead complex, cross-functional hardware projects with substantial organizational impact. Adept at leveraging data to drive design decisions and influence technical direction. Recognized for strong business acumen—creating systems that align engineering excellence with business goals. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, trusted to represent ICEYE's technology both internally and externally. Additional Skills Experience with Python and Linux-based scripting is a plus. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Comprehensive understanding of on-orbit design challenges, including radiation effects, thermal behavior, and continuous operation.
