Currently structured across four critical areas—Venue Infrastructure, Venue Management, Revenue & Commercial, and Games Operations—the team will expand to over 30 functional areas by the time of the Games. The Venue Infrastructure team is tasked with ensuring all competition and non-competition venues are ready for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, overseeing design, development, program management, construction, and maintenance.
