We are on the lookout for a dedicated Governance Officer who will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our ISO standards, ensuring GDPR compliance, and supporting our business continuity frameworks, while promoting robust organizational governance.Your ResponsibilitiesISO, Compliance & Governance:Assist in the maintenance and development of ISO standards and internal policies in accordance with ISO 27001, 9001, 20000, 14001, 22301, GDPR, NIS2, and other governance frameworks.Audits & Risk Management:Conduct internal audits, generate comprehensive audit reports, track corrective actions, and facilitate process improvements rooted in analysis.Incident & Data Management:Support the documentation, investigation, and resolution of compliance, security, and data breach incidents, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with various teams within Phoenix to address compliance needs, contribute to proposals and due diligence activities, and foster a culture of governance awareness.Business Continuity & Resilience:Assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of business continuity and crisis management strategies.Regulatory Monitoring:Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards, providing guidance on necessary actions and aiding in the implementation of necessary updates across the organization. Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience in compliance, audit, governance, legal, or risk management roles.Strong ability to interpret regulations, ISO standards, and organizational policies.Familiarity with ISO 9001, 27001, 22301, and GDPR.Solid understanding of risk identification, mitigation, and security principles.Exemplary ethical standards and professionalism.Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks proactively.Excellent written communication and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Able to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.A collaborative team player who can support and mentor colleagues.
