Join us in leading the charge for transformative change.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic program-level support to clients, customers, and contractors.Adopt a holistic approach to influence customers towards energy efficiency.Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to make informed recommendations swiftly.Act as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between external teams (utility representatives, customers, and contractors) and internal teams (business management and engineering).Build and maintain trust with clients and customers to foster relationships and execute energy savings initiatives.Craft a strategic sales plan with effective strategies and tactics to enhance savings delivery in your service area.Maximize program engagement, identify project opportunities, and deliver prompt program, business, and technical assistance to customers.Proactively seek and provide value while anticipating current and future program requirements.Maintain records of outreach interactions and forecasted projects using a CRM system.Proactively manage projects that may stall and take necessary actions to ensure completion.Project Management:Assist clients in identifying and managing energy-saving projects by engaging in discussions and reviewing relevant information (e.g., BAS screenshots, control sequences, PIDs, drawings, and nameplate photos), and conducting site visits.
