In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage Blink’s capabilities, crafting innovative and scalable solutions that deliver immediate value.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, our customer success teams, and engineers to seamlessly transform ambitious visions into practical implementations. If you have a knack for simplifying complex requirements into elegant solutions, confidently lead projects, and maximize customer success through cutting-edge technology, you will find your place within our team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead technical expert from pre-sales through implementation and ongoing customer success.Define and scope technical solutions based on sophisticated customer requirements.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to devise innovative solutions to client challenges.Produce impactful technical presentations, documentation, tutorials, and self-service resources for both prospective and existing clients.Address technical aspects of RFPs with precision.Plan, monitor, and manage technical project timelines and specifications, including conducting regular status meetings and proactively tackling risks and challenges.Guide customers through intricate testing phases.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.Professional Experience5+ years of project management experience in B2B software implementation, technology consulting, or SaaS environments.Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical roles.Proficient in troubleshooting customer issues, managing resolutions effectively.Technical ExpertiseThorough understanding of:Enterprise application ecosystems.Application and identity architecture.Data relationships and dependencies.SaaS protocols and integrations.APIs (SCIM 2.0/HTTPS/SOAP).Network security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP).Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:Web development (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks).Mobile application development (iOS, Android).
