In this pivotal role, you will take charge of identifying, cultivating, and securing high-value enterprise and partnership opportunities. You will manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure, while working collaboratively across departments to refine our go-to-market strategies. Your contributions will be critical in enhancing our market presence and expanding into new territories, all while developing a scalable and sustainable sales engine.Key Responsibilities:Lead and expand the Enterprise sales and partnership pipeline (including insurance, broker, and TPA), ensuring robust lead generation to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.Oversee the complete sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and final contracting.Create strategic business development plans tailored for enterprise HR, Benefits, and Wellness sectors across key markets.Empower partner sales teams by providing resources, conducting training, and collaborating with the Revenue team to advance opportunities.Continuously refine our target persona as we enter new markets.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to optimize our sales strategy and processes.Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot or Pipedrive) to maintain pipeline integrity, generate insights, and forecast performance.
