At ThoughtFull, we prioritize employee relationships and aim to deliver an unparalleled experience from onboarding to alumni status.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary support for the CEO and employees, serving as the subject matter expert on HR policies and benefits.Oversee the entire employment lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding, including managing HR systems and maintaining employee records and reports.Provide consulting support to employees at all levels on HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations across all operating countries.As the site lead for Kuala Lumpur, cultivate a positive and engaging work environment for our team.Take ownership of the implementation of new HR programs as needed.Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to integrate HR solutions and execute relevant projects and initiatives.

We are looking for knowledgeable and experienced trainers to conduct impactful sessions on physical wellness topics.Lead interactive webinars, seminars, and workshops that foster physical wellness, encourage healthy lifestyle choices, and promote sustainable behavior change.Inspire participants through clear communication, evidence-based insights, and practical strategies that can be easily implemented.Design and deliver tailored learning experiences on topics such as exercise fundamentals, ergonomics, sleep hygiene, nutrition basics, and stress/energy management for diverse audiences.Collaborate with the ThoughtFull team to create, refine, and enhance training materials and workshop resources to ensure they are relevant, accurate, and impactful.
